What’s most interesting to me is when this Carlos guy was talking about living the Alpha Lifestyle, of course when I first heard of it, it sounded corny, but as I listened further, he does have his own points; maxing out, stretching and living each of the 5 areas  of our lives to it’s fullest… AT THE SAME TIME!!
