Women Persuasion Secrets And Why I’m HAPPY :-)

Posted in August 17th, 2008

Waaah…

This looks pretty cool… check it out man, lots of stuff-lah…

Eh sorryla, can’t help it, but this chick-thingy “stuff” seriously looks damn good…

Don’t hate me cos I’m only a guy-lah come on… haha:

Women Persuasion Secrets

Seems this just got launched today… I got one myself, and I have to say, not bad =)

That aside, I’m excited today… Remember a few months back when I posted about this book?:

 mm

I finally got it today. :D

The moment it “arrived”, I ripped it apart, and quickly got to reading it s-l-o-w-l-y… WORD FOR WORD. (Points tend to stick better when you’re reading at a moderate, relaxed pace, at least, that’s how I do it anyway ;-)

We’ll leave the super-exciting reading habits part for another day k as what I’m here to do is to encourage, urge and freakin’ get you to to go get this book NOW if you can.

Why?

The author (the ever brilliant Michael Masterson) is one who has DONE everything that he’s written about here; it’s in the minute details that I find most valuable, and the fact that the business growth strategies he shares are EXTREMELY relatable to entrepreneurs who are actually going through it right now, the struggles, challenges, etc, etc… We get it. We identify with it.

His simplistic views of breaking down business growth stages into 4 categories:

==> 0 - 1 Million

==> 1 Million - 10 Million

==> 10 Million - 50 Million

==> 50 Million - 300 Million

For growth stages…

==> 0 - 1 Million
Challenge: You don’t really know what you’re doing yet, still finding the right footing, the right balance in your business.

What to do: Find your OSS (Optimal Selling Strategy). Your main focus is sales, sales, sales and nothing else. Why? Becos sales is the lifeblood of the business and it gives you CASHFLOW to fund your growth and do whatever u want to do as you’re growing. So to reach 1 Million, all efforts should be on sales.

==> 1 Million - 10 Million

If your sales have reached $1 million, it shows that you, your ideas and your outfit has what it takes to be a marketing genius. You have proven your worth in the marketplace that you have the ability to sell or your product sells. Challenge now is to create multiple products (profit funnels) fast. Your sole lead product will have exhausted itself (life cycle and since you’ve sold 1 million worth, generally it’s quite exhausive), so you need to come out with multiple products at this stage to grow and reach the 10 million mark.

Principle:

Front-End goal = acquire new customers
Back-end Goal (with multiple products) = make a profit.

bla, bla, bla… gives one a wonderful, real-world “closed curtain” look into the actual going-ons in these businesses and what to expect along the way.

My eyes are barely open as I’m typing this (no thanks to the obsessively scary ”Ready, Aim Fire” addiction), in other words, I’m numb, tired and I soooooooo need to sleep right now.

Bottom line: I LOVED it to bits, and I’m sure you will too. Truly one of the best business books to have hit our shores in a while now! :D

Next comes the reality of “book-reading”: It’s pretty much “worthless” to you UNTIL the day you’ve started to actively and consistently apply the stuff that you’ve learned in it (classic case of the importance of taking solid ACTION), if not, you might as well be better off watching tv and not waste your time reading it in the first place haha..

K, adios and til the next time!

Later,

Jay…

Ting! Ting! Ting!

Rite on!

It looks to me like everyone’s stepping up their ‘game’ these days and rightly so as everyone’s speeding like crazy towards the finishing line as we inch very closely towards the last quarter of the year to end it with a bang…

I soo get that!

Ok fellow dudes and duddetes, this is where the rubber meets the road (why do I keep saying that??!!)…

Come year end, results are all that matters (excuses, not so)… and I’m soo loving the challenge right now!

I learnt something going through watching Eben’s seminar yesterday, and one of the speakers, forgot-whats-his-name said something really profound… something which I’ve grossly overlooked before this…

Entrepreneurs are always hell-bent on going for profits, profits and more profits.. but when choosing to enter a business venture, always be sure to think things thoroughly and choose one that fits in and creates the LIFESTYLE that you want…

Profits & Lifestyle <– Two Different Sets Of Things

Again… I so get that!

Factors to consider: Mobility, fixed monthly overheads, social interaction (never EVER discount this!), flexibility, team management, freedom, scalability, scability and scalability are amongst those you should think about.

Entrepeneurs are always focused on the “end goal”, what they don’t realize is how they should be thinking about making the “end goal”… “the journey”…

goals

Hmm… think about that for a sec…

Kinda take things back, putting things into perspective a little, huh?…

Ok, it’s late, time to hit the sheets… until next time!

All the best to you and yours!

Relationships, Love, Money And Its Works

Hmm…

As I was doing my usual rounds of researching for content today, I discovered something pretty interesting that sparked something off a while ago..

I’ll share it with ya… it goes a little something like this:

Most people are sellfish and say, “I’m not going to give more than I get.” But instead of getting a lot, all they get is old and unhappy. I’ve found that it’s much better to give a ton and get back a lot in return, not caring a lot about the fact that I didn’t get as much as I gave than to give little or none and get back little or none.

Relationships aren’t like investing. If you want a lot, get used to giving more. But it’s worth it in the end, because love, attention, humor and fun aren’t like money. If you give them out, you won’t have less. You have MORE.

Well phrased, won’t you say?

Me personally? I never really thought of it that way before..

Anyway, too much work n thinking can sometimes FRY our brains… so here’s a cool video that’s been making it’s rounds across the Net these days… check it out… it’s like “oh sooo sooooo kewl!” :D
